Refund policy

Every Marino piece is made to last. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number or receipt.

To start a return, email us at marinoclothingph@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Returns are sent to: Marino Clothing Co., Blk 1 Lot 05, Manhattan Residences, Habay 1, 4102 Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.

Size exchanges

If your size doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for another size of the same piece within the same 14 days, as long as it's in stock. Email us first and we'll guide you through it. Our releases are limited and are not restocked, so if your size has sold out, we'll refund you instead.

Sale items

Items bought at a sale price can't be refunded, but they can be exchanged for another size of the same piece within 14 days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us.

Orders outside the Philippines

The same 14-day policy applies. Shipping costs for returns from outside the Philippines are paid by the buyer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under your local consumer law.
